If the replacement shipment is also lost, delayed, seized, or otherwise not successfully delivered for any reason beyond our control, we shall have no further obligation to reship, refund, or otherwise compensate the order.
Shipping insurance does not guarantee delivery and does not create an ongoing obligation for multiple replacement shipments.
15. Return Policy Clarification
